We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GoAnywhere MFT Expert to support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) modernization and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GoAnywhere MFT, secure file transfer protocols, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise identity management systems.

The role involves migration of existing Guardian sFTP jobs to GoAnywhere, development of reusable workflow modules, CI/CD integration, and enabling cloud migration readiness while ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Migration & Integration

- Migrate Guardian sFTP jobs to GoAnywhere MFT with minimal disruption to existing business workflows.
- Implement filesystem mapping to maintain compatibility with iSeries/AS400 paths and dependencies.
- Configure and validate GoAnywhere RBAC integration with Entra ID and SailPoint for identity and entitlement management.
- Ensure secure and reliable file transfer processes across enterprise environments.

1. Development & SDLC Modernization

- Design and develop reusable modules, templates, and workflows in GoAnywhere MFT.
- Set up and manage multi-environment pipelines for deployment and code promotion.
- Integrate GoAnywhere development workflows with GitHub and CI/CD tools.




- Support automation and process optimization initiatives across the MFT ecosystem.

1. Cloud Migration Readiness

- Identify workflows and jobs suitable for cloud migration and modernization.
- Refactor and optimize processes to support scalable cloud-ready architecture.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards during migration activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
- Strong expertise in workflow design, APIs, and job migration within GoAnywhere.
- Experience with sFTP protocols and iSeries/AS400 job dependencies.
- Knowledge of RBAC, identity management, and integrations with Entra ID and SailPoint.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Good to Have
- Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
- Exposure to cloud migration and modernization projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance standards.
