TruckMitr Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead who can take ownership of product development, lead the development team, and drive the adoption of modern technologies and AI-assisted development practices.

Job Details

- Job Location: Sector 65, Noida

- Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA
- Salary will depend on technical expertise, hands-on experience, leadership capabilities, and projects handled

Core Technology Skills

Must Have:

- Strong hands-on experience in PHP & Laravel
- Strong proficiency in MySQL
- Positive understanding and hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Experience in developing scalable, secure and maintainable web applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture, database design and API integrations
- Experience in team handling / technical leadership
- Good knowledge of Git, debugging, code review and development best practices

Good to Have:

- Experience with React.js and/or Next.js
- Working knowledge of MongoDB
- Experience with modern frontend development
- Exposure to cloud technologies and deployment processes
- Experience working with third-party APIs and technology integrations

AI-Assisted Development The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows to improve development speed and productivity. The candidate should be able to:

- Use AI tools for faster development and debugging
- Generate and improve code while maintaining coding standards
- Use AI for repetitive development and documentation tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated code before implementing it
- Maintain clean, secure, scalable and maintainable code
- Continuously explore and adopt new AI and development technologies

Leadership & Ownership The candidate should be capable of:

- Leading and mentoring a development team
- Reviewing developers' code and maintaining coding standards




- Understanding project requirements and converting them into technical solutions
- Making appropriate technology and architecture decisions
- Estimating development tasks and managing technical deliverables
- Troubleshooting critical technical issues
- Taking ownership of projects from requirement → development → testing → deployment
- Working closely with management and other teams to deliver business requirements

Communication & Presentation Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills are important for this role.

The candidate should be able to:

- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Present technical solutions, project updates and development plans
- Explain challenges, risks and proposed solutions effectively
- Coordinate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct technical discussions and guide team members

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just a coder, but can act as a technical owner and team leader.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in PHP/Laravel, good frontend exposure, solid database knowledge, leadership experience, and the mindset to use AI and emerging technologies to build faster without compromising code quality.
