- Significant hands-on experience building production-grade B2C applications at scale.
- Must have worked on consumer applications with a large user base / high transaction or traffic volumes.
- Strong experience working on applications where performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience are critical.
- Experience owning frontend features end-to-end, from development through production release and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile product engineering teams with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other technology teams.

Mobile Experience - Mandatory

- Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong hands-on experience with Expo.
- Experience with Expo Application Services (EAS), including build/release workflows.
- Experience developing, debugging, and supporting production mobile applications.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture, lifecycle, navigation, state management, API integration, deep linking, push notifications, analytics, etc.
- Experience integrating native modules and third-party SDKs.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile performance, crashes, memory issues, and device- specific problems.

Web / mWeb Experience - Mandatory

- Strong experience building responsive MWeb / mobile-first web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- CSS3 Experience developing responsive customer-facing web journeys and pages.

- Robust understanding of browser compatibility, responsive design, web performance, and frontend security.

Frontend Engineering Experience The candidate should have strong experience with:

- React and React Native architecture.
- TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- State management frameworks such as Redux/Redux Toolkit,

- Zustand, MobX, or equivalent.




- REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Authentication and authorization flows.
- Error handling, logging, monitoring, and analytics.
- Component-based architecture and reusable UI components.

- Frontend performance optimization.

Scale & B2C Experience This is a key requirement.

Candidates should have experience working on large-scale consumer facing applications, preferably with:

- Millions of registered/downloaded users or equivalent large user base.
- High daily/monthly active users.
- High-volume API traffic or transactions.
- Applications requiring high availability and performance.
- Large-scale customer journeys where frontend performance directly impacts business outcomes.
- Experience handling production incidents and performance issues at scale.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to internal enterprise applications, small websites, prototypes, or low-scale applications should not be considered. Preferred Experience The following would be an advantage:

- Experience with React Native + Expo in a large-scale production application.
- Experience with Expo Router and EAS Build/Update.
- Experience with React Native Web.
