Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Financial Accountant based in Agra.

The Senior Financial

Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate books of accounts. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, monitoring cash flows, supporting audits, and coordinating with partners and clients for clarifications and documentation.

Accountant will use accounting software to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate reports, while identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions. The position also includes assisting in tax-related computations, supporting compliance activities, and contributing to process improvements and internal control enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools used for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to identify trends, variances, and risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification experience in accounting and audit.
- Thorough understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation concepts, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work professionally with clients, team members, and partners.
