We Are Looking For

We are looking for an MBA Finance professional with 2+ years of experience who can work closely with businesses and handle finance and accounting-related operations.

Candidates from any relevant industry background are welcome, provided they have strong practical finance and accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities

Prepare and analyze financial reports

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Perform bank and cash reconciliations

Assist with GST and other financial reconciliations

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries

Monitor customer dues and vendor payments

Work with business clients and understand their financial requirements

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation





Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification

2+ years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of accounting and finance

Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting

Understanding of GST, reconciliations, and MIS

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or tasks

Preferred

Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Indore

Candidates with experience in accounting firms, finance companies, startups, CA firms, fintech, or other business environments

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and practical knowledge.
