Role Description The Senior Finance Manager at Skippi will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for the organization. This full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting management with data-driven financial insights.

The Senior Finance

Manager will manage accounting processes, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and maintain compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating audits, optimizing cost structures, supporting pricing and investment decisions, and implementing internal controls.



The role will also involve partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, financial modeling, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Qualifications

- Must have 10-12 years experience with strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to manage cash flow and monitor financial performance.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with taxation and regulatory standards.
- Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and use of spreadsheets and financial software or ERP tools.
- Ability to design and implement internal controls, support audits, and improve financial processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership or managerial role, ideally within FMCG, food and beverage, or a fast-growing consumer brand.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
