Position: Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, customer collections, payment planning, financial approvals, and core finance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and verify bank receipts, advance payments, outstanding collections, and suspense entries.
- Maintain accurate customer and party ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Send payment reminders and maintain follow-up records for overdue invoices.
- Prepare and share outstanding, ageing, collection, and customer statement reports.
- Review and provide finance approval for daily material dispatches, including coordination for Director approval where required.
- Handle finance-related email and WhatsApp customer queries.
- Review and approve recent customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Review contracts from a financial perspective and coordinate for approval.
- Manage cash receipt,



cash payment, bank payment, sales return, PDC, and journal voucher entries.
- Coordinate with the Payment Department for daily/weekly payment planning.
- Monitor customer credit limits, overdue accounts, cheque returns, and long-pending dues.
- Manage automated WhatsApp and email payment reminders based on invoice due dates.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Core Finance Reports covering sales, collections, receivables, payables, cash/bank position, ageing, and cash flow.
- Maintain active customer reports, balance confirmations, average payment delay, sales/consumption, and legal/court outstanding reports.
- Ensure proper reconciliation, documentation, financial controls, and timely reporting to management
