Hiring: Senior Fashion Advisor | Premium Menswear

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Advisor to join our retail team and deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their style, occasion, fit and preferences.
- Handle high-value clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
- Understand menswear, fabrics, fits, styling and current fashion trends.
- Support clients with Made-to-Measure / customised clothing requirements.
- Coordinate with the tailoring and store teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Follow up with clients for trials, alterations, deliveries and repeat purchases.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, customer service and store presentation.

Requirements:





- 2–5 years of experience in premium/luxury retail, fashion, menswear or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of fashion, styling and menswear.
- Experience in client handling and relationship management.
- Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
- Well-groomed, confident and qualified personality.
- Candidates from premium fashion, luxury retail, bespoke/MTM or premium lifestyle brands will be preferred.
