About the Role

High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to develop innovative fashion collections and take designs from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and commercially viable fashion designs and collections.

- Create sketches, mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.

- Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market preferences.

- Select suitable fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.

- Prepare tech packs and coordinate with sampling and production teams.

- Review samples and ensure designs meet quality and styling standards.

- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.

- ⏱ Manage multiple projects and meet design deadlines.





Requirements

- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Fashion Designer.

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, garment construction, and fashion trends.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

- Positive understanding of sampling and production processes.

- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous fashion design work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
