About Liberty India

Liberty India is a Panipat-based manufacturer and exporter of rugs, carpets, doormats and home textiles, supplying importers, retailers and brands overseas. We are looking for an experienced Senior Export Merchandiser to own buyer accounts end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for overseas buyers: enquiries, costing, sampling, approvals and order follow-up
- Prepare product costings and quotations for rugs, carpets, doormats and related home-textile products
- Coordinate sampling and development with the design, production and quality teams
- Plan and track orders from PO to shipment: raw materials, production, inspections and dispatch
- Manage buyer approvals (lab dips, strike-offs, samples, packaging and labelling)
- Coordinate with shipping/logistics for bookings, export documentation and timely dispatch
- Maintain T&A; calendars, order status reports and buyer communication




- Resolve quality or delay issues quickly and professionally with buyers and internal teams

Requirements
- 3-7 years of export merchandising experience in rugs, carpets, doormats or home textiles (mandatory)
- Sound knowledge of weaving/tufting/braiding processes, yarns, finishes and product costing
- Experience handling international buyers (US / Europe / UK / Australia preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English for email and buyer communication
- Good command of Excel and email; ERP experience is a plus
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders at once
- Based in or willing to relocate to Panipat

What We Offer
- Salary: Rs 45,000 - 65,000 per month, depending on relevant experience
- Full time, on-site role at our Panipat facility
