Fleet Management:

- Oversee daily transport operations involving a fleet of ~35 riders and ~17 cabs for multiple locations like Delhi/NCR, Dehradun, Mohali, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Nagpur)

- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources for timely service delivery.

Tracking & Monitoring:

- Continuously track and monitor the performance of all riders and cabs, ensuring 100% task completion for scheduling pharmacy deliveries, staff transportation, doctor visits, and payment collections.

Operational Oversight:

- Conduct daily verification of tasks, including kilometres travelled and associated costs.

- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards.





- Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost optimization.

Vendor Management:

- Verify and transparent vendor invoices, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to address challenges and drive process improvement
