Role Description The Senior Executive Purchase role is a full time, on-site position based in Ankleshwar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and finalization of purchase orders for components, raw materials, and services related to process control and safety equipment.

Purchase will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials, and maintain accurate procurement records.



Day-to-day tasks include evaluating supplier performance, optimizing cost without compromising quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting export and domestic orders through efficient purchasing. The role also involves building strong vendor relationships, resolving supply issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in vendor management, supplier evaluation, and negotiation for industrial components and equipment.
- Experience in purchase planning, inventory control, and coordination with production, design, and quality teams.
- Ability to manage purchase orders, maintain accurate documentation, and use ERP or procurement software effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial products, preferably in process control, safety equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and basic commercial terms related to domestic and export procurement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on timely execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, especially in chemical, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical sectors, is preferred.
