Markek International is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented qualified to join our team as Senior Executive – ZED Assessment Projects.

The role will be responsible for coordinating ZED assessment projects, managing assessors, supporting the assessment process, ensuring assessment quality, maintaining project data and achieving defined project targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Project Coordination

Coordinate the end-to-end execution of ZED assessment projects.

Identify, coordinate and manage assessors for assessment assignments.

Allocate and track assessment assignments based on project requirements.

Coordinate with MSME clients and assessors to ensure timely completion of assessments.

Follow up on pending assessments, documentation and reports.

Assessment Quality Management

Review assessment reports submitted by assessors for completeness, consistency and quality.

Verify assessment documentation and supporting evidence.

Identify gaps, inconsistencies or deficiencies in assessment reports.

Coordinate with assessors for clarification and necessary corrections.

Maintain consistent quality standards across assessments.

Data & MIS Management

Maintain daily assessment/project data and trackers.

Monitor assessment status from assignment through completion.

Maintain assessor and project databases.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Ensure accuracy and timely updating of project records.

Target & Performance Management





Monitor project progress against defined targets and timelines.

Track assessor performance and assessment completion.

Ensure timely closure of assigned projects.

Follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve delays and bottlenecks.

Support achievement of monthly and quarterly project targets.

Process Improvement

Identify operational gaps in the assessment process.

Suggest improvements to enhance assessment quality, efficiency and turnaround time.

Support implementation of standardized processes and reporting systems.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Diploma, preferably in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing or a related field

2–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Auditing, Inspection or related areas.

Good understanding of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems.

Experience in internal audits, process audits, supplier audits or management-system audits will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, data management and MIS reporting..

Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work towards defined targets.
