Senior HR Executive
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (IST 9am to 6pm)
Experience: 2 –4 Years
Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising
Candidates should have their own suitable work-from-home setup, including a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing digital marketing agency.
The role involves sourcing relevant candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
1. End-to-End Recruitment – Primary KRA
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with Team Leads/HODs to define role expectations and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels, including occasional interviews outside regular working hours or on weekends, as needed.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Conduct reference/background verification wherever applicable.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and joining drop-offs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance,
leave records, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
- Ensure adherence to company leave policies.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Prepare periodic attendance and leave reports for management.
3. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete onboarding process, including documentation, verification, joining formalities, induction, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure employees receive the required access, information, policies, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct employee check-ins during the initial employment period and coordinate feedback with reporting managers.
4. Offboarding & Exit Management
- Manage the employee exit process
- Coordinate exit formalities, handover, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Ensure timely collection of company assets, documents, and access closure.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for Full & Final settlement requirements.
- Maintain proper exit documentation and employee records.
- Arrange farewells and goodies.
5. Employee Engagement & HR Activities
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, celebrations, and internal events.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee communication, culture, and engagement.
6. Employee Monthly Reviews
- Coordinate and arrange the monthly employee performance review process.
- Follow up with Team Leads/HODs for timely completion of monthly performance reviews.
7. Other HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor and manage employee-related social media reviews and feedback to support the organisation’s employer branding initiatives.
- Provide support to the Senior HR Manager in executing various HR activities, initiatives, and operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- min. 2 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and HR activities simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
Preferred Profile The ideal candidate is someone who is recruitment-focused but also comfortable handling generalist HR responsibilities. The role requires solid ownership, attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
Candidates with a background in digital marketing are preferred.
