Position: Executive / Senior Executive – HRBP

Purpose of the Role The Executive / Senior Executive – HRBP will be responsible for supporting Faredoon’s growing manpower requirements through a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, while also partnering with business teams on day-to-day HR matters.
The role will have an approximate 70% focus on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and 30% focus on HR Business Partnering, ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements while maintaining strong coordination between HR, Operations, Production, and other business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 70%
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Operations, Production, Retail/Outlet, HO and other business functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective business heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment consultants, walk-ins, job fairs, institutes and other relevant sources.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, location and role suitability.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy and active candidate pipeline for frontline, kitchen, managerial and critical positions.
- Drive recruitment closures within agreed timelines and continuously follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, offer discussions, documentation and joining formalities.
- Track offer-to-joining conversion and proactively address candidate dropouts, counter-offers and joining-related concerns.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for recurring and critical positions.
- Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring requirements at outlets, production units and other locations.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor the quality and productivity of external hiring partners.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS covering open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining status and pending requirements.
- Ensure timely communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive candidate experience.
HR Business Partnering – 30%
- Act as the HR point of contact for assigned business functions / locations.
- Partner with Operations and other business managers on day-to-day people-related matters.
- Support managers in employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave, discipline and policy-related matters.
- Identify recurring employee concerns and work with business teams to resolve them effectively.
- Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor new joiner integration and coordinate with managers to ensure effective onboarding.
- Support performance appraisal, confirmation, PIP and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs and processes across assigned functions.
- Support employee retention initiatives and identify potential attrition risks.
- Coordinate with HR Operations / Payroll / Admin teams for resolution of employee-related matters.
- Maintain regular interaction with business teams to understand manpower and people-related challenges.
- Provide HR insights and updates to the HR leadership team on key employee matters.
Key Deliverables / KPIs The position will be measured primarily on: Recruitment – 70%

Experience:
- Executive: Approximately 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Senior Executive: Approximately 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in QSR, F&B;, Retail, Hospitality, Bakery, FMCG or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
