We are looking for a Senior Executive – Digital Ad Operations to support the end-to-end execution, trafficking, tracking and reporting of digital advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CM360 campaign trafficking, Sizmek, IAS, campaign trackers and digital reporting, along with solid coordination skills to work with publishers, partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaign trafficking across relevant platforms.
- Perform campaign setup and trafficking through CM360 (Campaign Manager 360).
- Work on Sizmek for campaign setup, trafficking and ad operations activities.
- Support IAS (Integral Ad Science) implementation and monitoring for campaign measurement and verification.
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers covering campaign status, creatives, placements, tags, timelines and delivery.
- Coordinate with publishers and media partners for campaign setup, tag implementation, launch and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched within agreed timelines.
- Create and maintain Meta dashboards and campaign reports as required.
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag discrepancies or issues to the relevant teams.
- Prepare regular campaign performance and delivery reports.
- Ensure campaign trackers and reporting documents are updated accurately and on time.
- Support troubleshooting of trafficking, tagging, tracking and campaign delivery issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of campaign activities and ensure timely closure of operational tasks.
