We're Hiring | Senior Executive – Events The Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) is inviting applications for the position of Senior Executive – Events.

As the statutory body established under the Actuaries Act, 2006, IAI is committed to advancing the actuarial profession through excellence in education, professional standards, and ethical practice.

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Marketing, Communications, Management, Commerce, Science, Arts, or a related discipline. A postgraduate degree is an advantage.

• 2–6 years of experience in event management or a related field.

Key Skills

• Robust project planning and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience managing physical, virtual, and hybrid events.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with webinar and event management platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seminars, webinars, student events,



and the Global Conference of Actuaries (GCA).

• Coordinate with speakers, delegates, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

• Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and post-event documentation.

• Work closely with the marketing team on event communication and promotions.

• Maintain event records, vendor databases, and support continuous process improvements.
