About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can be the bridge between clients and our creative, strategy, media, and production teams.

You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding business objectives, driving projects from brief to delivery, and making sure great ideas actually get executed.

What You’ll Do

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, target audiences, and communication requirements.
- Develop transparent briefs for internal creative, strategy, content, and media teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and priorities simultaneously.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, content, and required inputs.
- Present creative ideas, campaigns, strategies, and deliverables to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays or challenges.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is translated accurately for internal teams.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of work and contribute to account growth.
- Prepare status updates, meeting notes, estimates, and basic reports when required.
- Work closely with creative, social media, performance marketing, production,



and strategy teams.
- Stay updated on advertising, social media, digital trends, and relevant industry developments.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in an advertising, creative, digital, or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand a brief and communicate it effectively to creative and other internal teams.
- Excellent follow-up and project management skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to manage client expectations while maintaining strong internal relationships.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Someone who can think beyond taking briefs and contribute ideas to solve client problems.

It’s a Plus If You
- Have experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline.
- Have worked with brands across multiple categories.
- Understand campaign planning, social media, performance marketing, and content.
- Have experience preparing presentations or participating in pitches.
- Are naturally curious about advertising, culture, trends, and what makes people pay attention.
