We are looking for a Senior Executive – Store / API to manage day-to-day warehouse and material-handling activities, with a focus on API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) storage and inventory management. The role will ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, documentation, and reconciliation of materials while maintaining GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Manage receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issuance of API, raw materials, packaging materials, and other inventory. Ensure proper material segregation, labeling, status identification, and storage conditions. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and ensure timely system transactions.

Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation with system inventory. Follow FIFO/FEFO and applicable material-handling procedures. Coordinate with QA, Production, Purchase, QC, and other departments for material movement and availability.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, safety, and company quality procedures. Maintain store-related documentation, registers, logbooks, and material movement records. Monitor storage conditions such as temperature and humidity, wherever applicable.

Support cycle counts, periodic stock audits, and investigation of inventory discrepancies. Handle rejected, expired, returned, and quarantined materials as per approved procedures. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to 5S standards within the store.





Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required records and information. Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving materials. Ensure safe handling of hazardous or controlled materials in accordance with applicable procedures.

Train and guide junior store personnel on SOPs, safety, and material-handling practices.

Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing stores or warehouse operations. Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, inventory control, and warehouse practices.

Experience with SAP/ERP systems preferred. Positive documentation and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
