Job Title: Senior Executive

Responsibilities

- Independently manage market studies through primary & secondary research to assess market potential, industry trends, government initiatives, competitive landscape and other perspectives across various IT solutions, with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong business understanding of technology domains including GenAI/AI/ML/DL/Facial Recognition/Supercomputing/Blockchain/Fintech/Big Data/Cloud Computing and similar others, and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research and consulting projects — scoping, planning, execution, quality control, and timely completion — while managing priorities across multiple engagements
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients: lead client communication, conduct meetings and interviews, present findings, and build and manage ongoing client relationships with professionalism and credibility
- Apply and champion AI-based productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and similar) to accelerate research, data synthesis, content drafting and analysis, while critically validating outputs for accuracy, relevance and reliability
- Drive adoption of GenAI and automation across the team — identifying, evaluating and piloting new tools and use cases, developing effective prompt strategies, and mentoring junior colleagues on best practices
- Formulate comprehensive Business Plans for various NEC solutions, covering cost-benefit analysis, revenue models, and go-to-market considerations
- Develop future roadmaps for assigned solutions to achieve the long-term vision, and proactively recommend strategic direction




- Identify new application areas for NEC solutions and work closely with technical teams to shape customized solutions, including opportunities to embed AI/GenAI capabilities
- Design compelling use cases and business cases for customer references and pitches
- Design and structure questionnaires & surveys for primary research, and derive actionable insights from the data collected
- Prepare high-quality white papers, value proposition documents, and thought-leadership content for the IT sector and client products
- Support and, where required, deputize for senior/lead consultants in managing larger engagements and client accounts

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
