We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, vendor accounting, payments, reconciliations and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable / P2P processes.

- Process and validate PO and Non-PO invoices.

- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.

- Verify invoices against purchase orders, pricing and payment terms.

- Process vendor payments and prepare payment schedules.

- Perform vendor, GL and bank reconciliations.

- Handle invoice discrepancies and vendor payment queries.

- Post month-end journal entries, accruals and provisions.

- Support AP month-end closing activities.

- Account for expenses under appropriate GL accounts and cost centres.

- Handle employee expense claims, cash advances and corporate credit card accounting.

- Ensure accurate GST and TDS / withholding tax accounting.

- Support statutory, internal and external audits.





- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, vendors and external service providers.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills

- 68 years of relevant Accounts Payable / P2P / Finance Operations experience.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable.

- Hands-on experience in SAP / SAP FI or similar ERP.

- Knowledge of GST and TDS.

- Experience in vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.

- Good knowledge of journal entries, accruals and GL accounting.

- Strong MS Excel skills.

- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

- MNC / Shared Services / Global Finance experience preferred.
