Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for Mechanical works, including HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Systems, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and associated utilities.
Review BOQs, contractor bills, measurements, variations, change orders, and cost estimates to ensure accurate project cost control and commercial compliance.
Track project budgets, monitor cost performance, evaluate claims, and support forecasting and reporting activities.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, procurement, and project teams for valuation, certification, and commercial closure of mechanical packages.
Ensure contractual compliance, maintain commercial documentation, and support risk management to achieve project objectives within budget.
