Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization across Data Engineering, SaaS platform development, enterprise integrations, DevOps, and Analytics/BI. You'll own technical direction and delivery outcomes, set architectural standards, and grow leads and engineers, while staying hands-on where it matters.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (Data, Backend/Full Stack, DevOps, BI), including engineering leads and managers.
- Own engineering roadmaps, execution, and delivery quality in partnership with Product and Business.
- Set standards for code quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Run architecture and design reviews, and act as the technical anchor for complex decisions.
- Hire, develop, and retain talent while building a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

Data Platforms

- Architect cloud-native data platforms: ETL/ELT and reverse ETL pipelines, ingestion frameworks, orchestration, data lakes, and warehouses.
- Ensure data quality, governance, observability, and performance at scale, including real-time and distributed processing.
- Enable analytics and BI teams with reliable, analytics-ready data.

SaaS, Integrations & Connectors

- Guide development of enterprise-grade, multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms.
- Lead API, iPaaS, and connector framework architecture for third-party systems (CRM, marketing, analytics, cloud services).
- Ensure secure, high-performance interoperability across systems.

Cloud & DevOps

- Drive AWS architecture, cost optimization, and resiliency.
- Mature CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevSecOps practices across containerized, microservices, and event-driven environments.

Application Engineering

- Provide technical guidance on MERN-based applications,



API-first design, and modular, event-driven architectures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 14+ years in software engineering, including enterprise B2B SaaS, with 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership (experience leading leads or managers preferred).
- Deep hands-on expertise in Data Engineering and AWS cloud-native platforms.
- Proven experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, connector frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of iPaaS and enterprise integration architectures.
- Working knowledge of the MERN stack, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Solid grounding in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization, plus familiarity with BI and analytics ecosystems.
- Strong architectural judgment, communication, and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

- Experience with MCP or AI-enabled integration patterns.
- Experience scaling engineering teams and setting engineering governance.
