Regular interactions with all the stakeholder’s wiz GMT team, local project teams, external third-party vendors to get the projects completed on time while discharging the following:

- Lead development of processes to deliver best performance at lowest cost giving due regard to safety, operability, maintainability, and legal compliance. This includes understanding and applying principles of thermal engineering in the design and optimization of processes.
- Thermal modelling of industrial plant as part of investigations into energy efficiency/performance/quality improvements
- Thermal Modelling Design of a diverse range of industrial thermal equipment as per GMT’s design standards
- Playing a critical role in CAPEX projects from pre-engineering studies, HAZOP studies, supplier selection, overview of installation, functional descriptions, and commissioning
- Advanced data analysis of plant, lab, QC, and production data.
- Problem solving: Root cause analysis, implementation of effective countermeasures and knowledge capture.
- Writing and presenting of training materials to a wide audience
- Lead continuous improvement of process plant design,



with a focus on thermal efficiency and heat management.
- Support Project Managers on major projects undertaken by GMT worldwide or existing operations to deliver installations on time and to budget. This includes and not limited to projects related to thermal systems.
- Provide expert support to operating plants, especially in the area of thermal management and heat transfer.
- Commissioning of new equipment and processes, including those related to Heat Transfer and Thermal systems.
- Design and selection of thermal systems, such as heat exchangers, boilers, HVAC systems and refrigeration systems, chillers etc. Ensure that these systems are effective, safe, and reliable.
- Conduct Testing and Validation to validate designs and ensure that systems meet performance requirements and safety standards.
- Focus on improving Energy Efficiency in industrial processes by optimizing heat transfer, reducing energy losses, and implementing energy-saving technologies.
- Have knowledge of Gas & Burner Safety Standards – EN 746.
