A senior individual contributor who keeps the AI Office's standards, policies, portal and agents current, and turns AI governance into working technical controls. Reports to CAIO.

Key responsibilities

- Own the AI Office website and knowledge portal; keep policies, approved tools, standards and guidance current.
- Define standard AI tools and reference architectures (GenAI apps, RAG, agentic workflows, MCP); run tool evaluation, approval and deprecation.
- Act as technical liaison to the enterprise AI gateway and AI Office agents, turning policy changes into configurations, guardrails and agent updates.
- Work with the AI governance team to draft, review and update AI policies and standards;
- Build and run the Responsible AI framework: use-case inventory, risk tiering, evaluation standards and periodic audits.
- Lead agent risk analysis:



threat modelling, autonomy and permission reviews, red-teaming, monitoring and incident post-mortems.

Key qualifications

- 10+ years in software or platform engineering, including 3+ years shipping ML or GenAI systems in production.
- Hands-on with LLM application patterns (RAG, tool calling, MCP, multi-agent frameworks) and cloud architecture on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability and guardrails, and with AI security risks
- Explicit policy and technical writing; able to work across engineering, legal, compliance and security.
