Position Overview: Senior Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities and ensure quality execution as per drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have 5 -6 years of experience in residential project construction and will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure quality control, adherence to design, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor material usage and verify quantities for billing.
- Maintain site reports and documentation of work progress.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5 - 6 years of experience in building construction (real estate preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and materials.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Good command over MS Office and site reporting tools.
