We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong experience in product development/product management in the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical product development and product lifecycle activities
- Work with R&D;, design, manufacturing and cross functional teams
- Support new product development, launches and product improvements
- Understand customer requirements and market needs
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Ensure product quality, safety and applicable industry standards
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for technical requirements
- Guide junior engineers and support technical problem solving
- Travel for client meetings, vendor coordination and project requirements
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in electrical product development, product engineering or product management
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, components and systems
- Experience in electrical manufacturing/equipment industry preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of quality and safety standards
- Willingness to travel as required
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
