Role Description The Senior Email Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading end-to-end email marketing initiatives for Smarkupp Studios and its clients. This role involves planning and executing email campaigns, including audience segmentation, copywriting, template design coordination, scheduling, and performance optimization.

The Senior Email Marketing

Executive will manage automated workflows and drip campaigns, oversee A/B testing of subject lines and content, and monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to align email campaigns with overall brand and growth strategies, maintaining clean and compliant email lists, and ensuring adherence to best practices and data privacy regulations. The role also includes reporting on campaign performance, generating insights, and recommending improvements to drive engagement, retention, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning skills, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and strategic calendar management.




- Candidates should possess solid Market Research abilities, including analyzing customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform email strategy.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written communication for email copy and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Sales and Marketing principles to align email campaigns with lead generation, nurturing, and conversion goals.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) and experience in setting up automations and segmentation.
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing, with the ability to interpret data and refine campaigns based on performance insights.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume email campaigns, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
