Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Product Merchandising / Business Analyst with strong experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, merchandising, and business stakeholder collaboration. PIM experience is not mandatory. Candidates with robust e-commerce and merchandising experience who understand complex product catalogs can be trained on PIM.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business, merchandising, product, marketing, and e-commerce stakeholders to understand product and catalog requirements.
- Manage and analyze complex product catalogs, including SKUs, categories, attributes, variants, pricing, and product relationships.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements, process flows, and documentation.
- Support product merchandising and catalog-related processes across the e-commerce lifecycle.
- Identify catalog data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvements.
- Work closely with business teams to define product taxonomy, categorization, attributes, and enrichment requirements.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
- Understand existing business processes and recommend practical improvements for catalog and merchandising operations.
- Support PIM-related initiatives and learn the client's PIM platform as required.

Mandatory / Core Skills
- 6+ years of experience in E-commerce / Digital Commerce.
- Strong Product Merchandising experience.
- Strong understanding of product catalogs and catalog complexity.
- Experience handling product attributes, variants, categories, SKUs, pricing, and product data.
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders, merchandising teams, and product teams.
- Strong Business Analysis / Product Management capabilities.
- Requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Shopify / Shopify Plus experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- PIM experience with Akeneo, Pimcore, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo STEP, or similar platforms.
- Product data enrichment and governance experience.
- Catalog migration, taxonomy, categorization, or attribute management experience.
- Experience working with large or highly complex product catalogs.
- Exposure to PIM implementation or transformation projects.
