What this role actually is

You will run our online business across every channel we sell on — the orders, the stock, the listings, the reconciliation, and the relationships — and help us launch new ones as we add them.

It is not a listing job. Uploading products is perhaps a day a month. The rest is making sure we're paid correctly, stocked correctly, priced correctly, and visible where it matters.

Our own website matters as much as the marketplaces and will matter more over time.

What you'll do

- On the marketplaces
- Process purchase orders, book appointments, track inward and GRN discrepancies
- Reconcile every settlement against invoices, explain every deduction and credit note
- Track availability at store level and plan replenishment with the plant
- Keep listings accurate and work with each platform's category team
- Run and measure platform visibility spend
- On our own site
- Product content, pricing, stock and merchandising
- Order flow, returns, customer queries
- Campaigns and performance — what's selling, what isn't, and why
- As we grow
- Help launch each new platform: onboarding, contracts, catalogue, first orders
- Keep our platform register current so nothing depends on one person's memory
- Flag margin and pricing problems before they become losses

What we need

- You understand e-commerce commercially, not just operationally. Outright, sale-or-return,



marketplace, consignment, D2C — you know how each one moves money, and where the risk sits.
- You are strong in Excel. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, comparing two files to find what doesn't match. Roughly half this job is reconciliation.
- You notice when two numbers don't agree, and you chase it. Everything else is teachable. This isn't.
- You write clear, professional English email.
- 1–4 years in e-commerce, across more than one platform.

Useful, not required Any seller panel. Shopify. Unicommerce, Shiprocket or similar. GA4, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center.

Who this won't suit

Someone whose experience is listing products and answering tickets. Someone who says "I know e-commerce" and means one seller panel. Someone who wants a marketing title without the operations underneath it. Someone who avoids Excel. Someone senior in title only — three years of the same year repeated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
