Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage digital marketing activities, run paid campaigns, improve website visibility, manage social media, and create engaging content such as Reels, Shorts, videos, posts, and other social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and website optimization.

Manage SMO and social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports and analyze campaign and website data.





Create and manage social media content calendars.

Create Reels, Shorts, Stories, posts, promotional videos, and other digital content.

Use Canva and other creative tools to design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.

Edit and create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, SEO, social media, advertising, and content trends.

Test different strategies, creatives, audiences, keywords, and campaigns to improve performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for content, design, campaigns, and other marketing requirements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, SMO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and SEO tools.

Experience in social media management and content planning.

Strong working knowledge of Canva.

Knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.

Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and promotional videos.

Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or other video/content creation platforms.

Valuable analytical and reporting skills.

Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

Ability to independently handle multiple digital marketing activities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
