Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, multi-faceted Senior Digital Marketer to join our fast-paced agency team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind comprehensive client campaigns — managing high-stakes paid media budgets, organic search strategies, tracking architectures, and email automation.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic agency environment, balancing multiple client accounts simultaneously, and combines solid analytical rigor with sharp content intuition and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution

- Plan, launch, and scale performance-driven Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client verticals
- Aggressively optimize for target ROAS and cost-per-acquisition (CPA)

Analytics & Attribution Setup

- Set up and manage GA4, conversion tracking pixels, and event tracking
- Ensure flawless attribution and transparent reporting for clients

SEO & Strategic Keyword Research

- Perform in-depth keyword research, site audits, and on-page optimization
- Drive sustainable organic growth for agency accounts

Email Marketing & Automation

- Build, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Design automated nurture sequences to maximize lead retention and lifetime value

Social Media (Content & Creative Direction)

- Oversee content development and guide creative direction
- Ensure copy aligns with brand voices and conversion-focused frameworks





Multi-Team Collaboration

- Coordinate seamlessly with internal design, copy, and development teams, as well as client stakeholders
- US market working knowledge is a distinct advantage for handling international accounts

Requirements & Qualifications

- Agency Experience: 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency handling multiple client accounts concurrently
- Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, tracking implementations, and SEO tools
- Communication & Content Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting strategies and reports, paired with strong content knowledge
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to juggle shifting priorities across multiple internal and external teams under tight deadlines

Bonus Qualifications

- Prior experience working with US-based clients and global target markets

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
