Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Designer – Interior & Workspace to lead the design development and delivery of corporate and workplace interior projects. The role will be responsible for translating client business requirements, workplace strategy and organizational culture into thoughtful, functional and visually strong interior environments.

The ideal candidate will be a fully trained and independent interior designer with strong experience in workplace/corporate interiors, space planning, design development, materials and finishes, and design coordination. The role requires a strong design eye, attention to detail and understanding of workplace design, along with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through detailed design and execution.

The Senior Designer will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, project teams and contractors, lead design presentations and workshops, and ensure that design intent, quality and project requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities1. Design &

- Project Delivery

- Manage project deliverables across concept, schematic design, design development and tender stages.
- Develop and deliver high-quality interior design solutions for corporate and workplace environments.
- Translate client requirements, business objectives, workplace strategy and organizational culture into effective spatial solutions.
- Take ownership of the design process from initial concept through detailed design and execution.
- Collaborate with regional design studios, project consultants, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, client presentations and design reviews, including travel when required.

• Space Planning
- Develop strong design concepts and overall spatial vision for workplace projects.
- Lead space planning and optimization, balancing workflow, ergonomics, density, functionality and workplace culture.
- Develop concept packages including:
- Space planning
- Material and finish strategy
- Furniture planning
- Mood boards
- Design presentations
- 3D visualization
- Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically strong and aligned with project requirements.

3. Materials, Finishes & • FF&E;
- Develop and oversee material, finish and furniture selections.
- Ensure materials and finishes meet aesthetic, performance, safety and sustainability requirements.
- Develop and review FF&E; selections and specifications.
- Work with sourcing and procurement teams to support appropriate material and furniture selections.




- Apply value engineering and design optimization while maintaining design intent.

Interaction &

• Design Presentations
- Act as a senior design representative during day-to-day client interactions.
- Lead client presentations, design workshops and design discussions.
- Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale and design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client feedback and translate it into practical design solutions.
- Support design pitches and business pursuits in collaboration with the Design Director.

Design

Coordination &

• Documentation
- Coordinate design requirements with architects, engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and other project consultants.
- Direct and review drawings, specifications and design documentation.
- Ensure design documentation accurately reflects the approved design intent.
- Support construction and permitting requirements.
- Identify design coordination issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.

6. Project & • Commercial Coordination
- Support project planning, timelines and design deliverables.
- Develop and track design-related budgets and timelines.
- Make cost-conscious design decisions without compromising the overall design intent.
- Coordinate with sourcing and procurement teams.
- Support project delivery through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Control &

• Site Coordination
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks throughout the project.
- Participate in site inspections and resolve design-related execution issues.
- Ensure materials, finishes, furniture and design details are implemented in accordance with approved designs.
- Maintain high standards of design quality and attention to detail throughout project execution.

8. Team Leadership & • Collaboration
- Provide design direction and guidance to junior designers and project team members.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Take ownership of assigned design deliverables and timelines.
- Contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused design environment.

What We Expect
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant interior design experience, preferably in corporate/workplace interiors.




- Strong understanding of workplace interior design and corporate workplace planning.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong design taste, visual understanding and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of space planning and workplace optimization.
- Experience handling projects from concept through design development and execution.
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E; and interior detailing.
- Experience with client presentations, design reviews and design discussions.
- Exposure to project coordination, budgets, timelines and procurement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good understanding of current interior design and workplace design trends.
