Purpose/Objective

Adani Defence & Aerospace is looking for a highly motivated Senior Design Engineer to support the design and development of advanced aerospace and defence products, including missile systems, UAVs, loitering munitions, launch systems, and autonomous platforms.

The role involves product design, engineering analysis, prototyping, and coordination with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge and reliable defence solutions.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and subsystems for aerospace and defence applications.

- Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using CAD tools.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, material selection, and manufacturability assessments.
- Support product development from concept design through prototyping, testing, and production.
- Collaborate with structural, aerodynamics, manufacturing, electronics, and system engineering teams.




- Participate in design reviews and implement design improvements based on testing and validation feedback.
- Support integration activities for missile, UAV, and defence platform subsystems.
- Prepare engineering reports, BOMs, manufacturing drawings, and design release documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for prototype and manufacturing support.
- Ensure compliance with quality, reliability, and aerospace engineering standards

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in product design, mechanical design, or aerospace systems development.
- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, UAV, Automotive, Robotics, Industrial Equipment, or Advanced Manufacturing domains.
