About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced AI research and innovation initiatives focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI Systems, and Reinforcement Learning. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing next-generation AI solutions, building intelligent agents, fine-tuning foundation models, and driving enterprise AI transformation programs.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions using up-to-date AI frameworks and technologies.
- Design and build intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, decision-making, and task execution.
- Develop and fine-tune foundation models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and domain-specific AI models.
- Research and apply emerging advancements in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI, and multimodal AI systems.
- Design scalable AI architectures, model pipelines, and deployment frameworks for production-grade AI applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate AI concepts into practical business solutions.
- Develop and optimize model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and inference workflows.
- Contribute to solution architecture design and AI platform modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and improve AI model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to support advanced AI and machine learning use cases.
- Participate in AI innovation programs, proof-of-concept development, and technology evaluations.




- Mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers while promoting AI best practices across teams.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and introduce relevant innovations into enterprise solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical communities, and AI capability development programs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10-15 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and advanced analytics.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Foundation Models, and Large Language Models.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Agentic AI architectures and autonomous AI systems.
- Expertise in Reinforcement Learning algorithms, frameworks, and intelligent decision-making systems.
- Proven experience in large-scale model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures and modern deep learning techniques.
- Experience working with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI orchestration patterns.
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, semantic reasoning, and structured data systems.
- Experience building scalable AI pipelines and deploying AI solutions into production environments.
- Hands-on experience with model evaluation, experimentation, and AI performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.




- Experience collaborating with engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong research mindset with the ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
