1. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER

Reverse Engineering & Product Development

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Biomedical Engineering or related discipline

Mandatory Skill: PTC Creo Parametric – Minimum 3 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead reverse engineering projects for products, components & assemblies
- Convert physical components / 3D scan data into accurate CAD models
- Develop detailed manufacturing and engineering drawings
- Design and develop new products based on customer requirements
- Develop complete assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Support New Product Development (NPD) from concept through production release
- Create complex 3D models using PTC Creo Parametric
- Prepare 2D drawings with GD&T;
- Maintain BOM, design documentation, ECR / ECN and revision control
- Coordinate prototype fabrication, assembly, testing and validation
- Resolve design-related manufacturing issues
- Support tooling, fixture design and manufacturability improvements
- Conduct RCA, CAPA, value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives
- Mentor Design / CAD Engineers and review drawings before release

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Design, Product Development or Reverse Engineering




- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in PTC Creo Parametric
- Experience with sheet metal, machined, fabricated or medical equipment components preferred
- NPD and manufacturing support experience preferred

2. SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: Any Degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns & online research for lead generation
- Identify, qualify and convert potential customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand company products/services and communicate their value effectively
- Execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Research market trends, competitors and new business opportunities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Collect customer feedback and maintain updated records

REQUIRED SKILLS

Fluent in English & Tamil – Speaking and Writing

Ability to speak Hindi & Telugu required

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Strong internet research & keyword-based data searching skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Target-oriented and willing to handle sales targets

2. DESIGN ENGINEER

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary based on experience & performance

Qualification: B.E. / DME – Mechanical

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

CREO 11.0 | ZWCAD 2023 | SolidWorks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop current design concepts and product designs
- Design and develop dies, plastic & casting components
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and laser drawings
- Create detailed 3D models & 2D drawings
- Conceptualize and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical products
- Prepare BOMs and assembly documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements
- Perform design validation and verification
- Analyse design results and optimize product performance
- Participate in design reviews
- Support manufacturing teams with design-related issues
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for smooth production
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and requirements
- Stay updated with latest design technologies and industry practices
