Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI architectures to design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI systems. The ideal candidate will lead complex AI initiatives, collaborate with crossfunctional teams, and translate business requirements into scalable, productiongrade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) for realworld business use cases
- Architect and implement Agentic AI systems, including multiagent workflows, toolusing agents, autonomous decision-making systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Build and optimize LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), finetuning, and evaluation
- Develop endtoend ML/AI solutions: data preparation, model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources (text, PDFs, logs, APIs, databases)
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define AI strategy and roadmap
- Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI practices
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging trends in GenAI, agentic workflows, and AI tooling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Proven experience building Agentic AI systems or autonomous AI workflows

Technical Skills:

- Robust programming skills in Python (mandatory); familiarity with SQL




- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate), and embeddings
- Knowledge of ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
- Experience deploying models using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and APIs

AI & Data Expertise:

- Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, reinforcement learning concepts
- Experience with model evaluation, prompt versioning, and AI observability
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security best practices

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

- Experience implementing multi-agent collaboration and tool-based agents
- Exposure to fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, PEFT, RLHF concepts)
- Experience with enterprise AI applications and scalable production systems
- Prior experience leading AI initiatives or acting as a technical mentor
- Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML (plus)
