Role & Responsibilities :-
Head Purchase & Procurement Activities Of The BNK Group With Solid Negotiation Skills
Timely And Economical Availability Of Material Of Desired Quality Standards & Specifications
Ensuring Considerable Cost Saving For The Organization Through Development Of Alternative Vendor Sources & Contractors
Coordinate With Project Managers For Getting BOQ's Of Material Required At Various Sites Along With Timelines
Float Enquires To Empaneled Vendors & Seek Quotation From Them
Negotiate With Vendors For Finalizing The Cost ,



Payment Terms & Delivery Schedule
Inform The Respective Project Managers & Site Supervisors For Delivery Of Material At Site
Ensure That The Material Delivered At Site Is As Per Specification And Quantity As Per PO And Free From Damage During Transport
In Case Material Is Rejected By Site Engineer Then Connect With Vendor And Resolve The Issue
Visit Various Sites Intermittently To Keep In Touch With The Needs
Coordinate With Director-Contracts For Timely Approvals Of Vendor Invoices & Follow Up With Executive-Contracts So That Their Payments Are Released As Per Terms Agreed
