Experience: 7+ Years
Leadership: 1+ year leading a small AI/Data Science team
Production AI: 2+ years taking AI-powered applications to production.
Must-Have Skills
Generative AI & Agentic AI in a commercial setting
End-to-end delivery of AI applications from problem definition to production
Classical statistics, ML, feature engineering, experimentation & model evaluation
Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search
Tool/Function Calling, orchestration, structured outputs & failure handling
Azure AI services; Copilot Studio / Power Platform experience is desirable
Robust technical leadership, mentoring and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of AI Data Scientists, AI Engineers, AI/ML Engineers & AI Solution Engineers
Balance AI experimentation, strategic delivery, production support and team development
Build AI capabilities and knowledge-sharing practices across teams
Drive technical reviews, coaching and capability development
Collaborate with AI teams across India and the UK
