CRM Team Lead – Premium Longevity Startup | New Delhi We are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium, high-touch longevity practice serving founders, executives, and HNI/UHNI clients in New Delhi. Lead and grow the Relationship Management team, owning client retention, engagement, and overall client experience. Own the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management team Drive client retention through strong relationship management Set team targets, conduct performance reviews, and track service quality 3–5+ years in frontline/Key Account Management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience leading a team ~ Experience handling premium/luxury clients, ideally in luxury hotels or hospitality , or with HNI/UHNI clientele (luxury retail, wellness, etc.

Polished presence with excellent English, both spoken and written, and solid vocabulary ~ Immediate joiners preferred
