Manager – Copywriting

We’re looking for a Copywriting Manager who can lead from the front — someone with a strong core copywriting background who can turn insights into sharp ideas, campaigns and brand narratives while leading a team of writers and managing across different teams,

What you’ll do

- Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 copywriters while setting a high bar for creative quality.
- Own copy from planning to execution across campaigns, brand, digital, social, ads, email, website and other marketing touchpoints.
- Develop sharp concepts, headlines, hooks, campaign narratives and brand-led communication.
- Understand the brand and audience deeply, and translate insights into relevant, distinctive copy.
- Collaborate with design, content, social, performance, product marketing and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Review, edit and elevate copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Work with internal teams and agencies to take ideas from brief → concept → execution.

What we’re looking for





- 5–9 years of core copywriting experience, preferably with experience leading a team.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign work and sharp copy, not just content execution.
- Excellent command of language, storytelling, tone and brand voice.
- Ability to think beyond briefs and develop original campaign ideas.
- Strong understanding of brand communication and audience behaviour.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.
- Candidates from creative agencies, advertising, consumer brands or fast-paced digital businesses can be considered.

Location: Pune

Work Mode: WFO (Mon–Fri) + WFH (Saturday – 0.5 day)

Experience: 5–9 years

CTC: ₹10–14 LPA

Important: This is a copy-first role. We are specifically looking for strong copywriting profiles, rather than candidates whose primary background is general content, social media or content creation.
