Primary Purpose and Function of This Position

Our client, a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Sector , is looking for an experienced Senior Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform .

The role will focus on building intelligent Copilot agents, integrating them with enterprise applications and business systems through Power Automate Cloud Flows, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Dataverse , and delivering scalable solutions that meet enterprise standards for security, governance, quality, and performance.

The successful candidate will combine robust hands-on Power Platform development skills with an understanding of AI, Generative AI, conversational AI, SDLC, application lifecycle management, and Agile delivery practices .

Mission Description The mission of the Senior Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer is to support the client's digital transformation and enterprise AI adoption by delivering innovative, secure, and reusable conversational AI solutions.

The role will work closely with global stakeholders, architects, product teams, and technical teams to identify business opportunities, design effective Copilot experiences, integrate enterprise systems, and continuously improve AI-powered solutions.

The successful candidate will also contribute to establishing best practices, governance frameworks, reusable components, and scalable enterprise AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Studio Development

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business use cases.
- Configure skills, conversational flows, generative AI capabilities, and knowledge sources.
- Design and optimize conversational experiences focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents with enterprise systems, applications, and data sources.
- Configure authentication, security, permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve conversational, integration, and performance issues.

Power Automate & Integration
- Develop and maintain complex Power Automate Cloud Flows .




- Build integrations between Copilot Studio and enterprise applications.
- Implement approval workflows, business process automation, and orchestration logic.
- Integrate with REST APIs, custom connectors, HTTP actions, and Microsoft platform services.
- Design scalable integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Dataverse & Data Management
- Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data models.
- Implement data validation and data governance practices.
- Support integration between Dataverse and enterprise or external data sources.
- Optimize data structures and solution performance.
- Ensure data solutions align with security, governance, and enterprise standards.

Software Development Lifecycle & Deployment
- Participate in the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) .
- Support development, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Manage solution packaging, releases, and environment promotions.
- Follow enterprise governance, source control, and Application Lifecycle Management practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation, testing, and operational handover.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.

AI & Innovation
- Stay up to date with Microsoft AI technologies, Copilot capabilities, and emerging AI trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI-powered solutions.
- Apply responsible AI principles and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with architects and technical stakeholders to evaluate new AI capabilities and features.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions and reusable patterns.

Technical Experience

Must Have

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio .
- Strong experience developing and supporting Power Automate Cloud Flows .




- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse , including:
- Tables
- Relationships
- Business rules
- Security roles
- Data modelling
- Experience developing Power Apps , including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience integrating solutions with SharePoint Online .
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and HTTP actions .
- General understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Conversational AI concepts.
- Experience working with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related services.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, solution packaging, release management, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of SDLC and experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Power Pages and AI Builder .
- Exposure to Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI .
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# .
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps , or other source-control and CI/CD platforms.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in:

- Copilot Studio

Education & Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering , or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications will be considered an advantage.
