Senior Consultant – SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a SailPoint ISC Senior Consultant with strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
- Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
- Onboard applications, Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.
- Configure provisioning, deprovisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, and workflows.
- Implement RBAC, Roles, Access Profiles, Governance Groups, Access Requests, Certifications, and SoD controls.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, Web Services, and SailPoint capabilities.
- Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, aggregation, and certification issues.
- Integrate with ServiceNow/ITSM and support IAM automation.
- Provide solution design, technical documentation, mentoring, and stakeholder support.
- Support UAT,



production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- 6–10+ years of IAM/IGA experience.
- 3–5+ years hands-on SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow experience.
- Strong expertise in JML, RBAC, provisioning, access certifications, SoD, and application onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of AD, Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth/OIDC.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and scripting using PowerShell, Python, BeanShell, etc.
- Positive understanding of cloud security and IAM best practices.
- Strong solution design, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
- SailPoint certification is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
