We are looking for a highly effective Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our team full-time. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to assist with implementing valuable business solutions for our clients. This Senior NetSuite Consultant will work extensively with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project, providing application configuration, and support and deployment assistance. This Consultant must have strong written and oral communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end Implementation and Support Projects
- Experience in minimum 4 business processes
- Procure to Pay




- Order to Cash
- Record To Report
- Design to Build
- Manufacturing
- Inventory Management
- Advance Revenue Management
- Fixed Assets
- Optimize workflows for the above-mentioned business processes
- Analyze client requirements to develop tailored business solutions that meet business needs.
- Automate key business processes working with Development team through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes within NetSuite.

Project Delivery Lead:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are managed.
- Identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks during project execution.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Support user training and post-go-live activities to ensure successful adoption.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation or support.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization, including SuiteFlow, Reporting and SuiteAnalytics.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques related to NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Prior experience in project coordination or delivery lead roles is a plus.
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.
