State & City Community Leaders . • Build and manage an

Ambassador / Member Leader Program . • Organize city meetups, wellness events, workshops and retreats. • Develop referral programs to drive community growth. • Create meaningful opportunities for women to connect, support and empower each other . • Capture member stories, feedback, transformations and community insights. • Collaborate closely with

Content, Health and Marketing teams .



• Track community metrics and continuously improve engagement and retention .

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔️ 3–6 years of experience in

Community Management, Community Building, Consumer Communities, Events or Membership Ecosystems ✔️ Experience managing

WhatsApp and other community platforms ✔️ Strong understanding of member engagement, retention and community growth ✔️ Experience building ambassador programs or community leader networks ✔️ Robust event management and relationship-building skills
