Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure smooth and effective execution of production processes.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, dispatch, and technical teams.
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain production-related records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for technical and product-related requirements.
Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
Ensure proper inventory and material availability for daily operations.
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly production and operational reports.
