What You Will Learn & Do (Key Responsibilities)
Complete on-the-job technical training to safely set up, operate, and handle manufacturing machinery.
Monitor daily manufacturing processes and maintain proper process parameters under senior guidance.
Inspect raw materials and finished metal products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Learn basic troubleshooting, routine machine care, and preventive maintenance practices.
Maintain daily shift-wise production records, output logs, and machine performance updates.
Work collaboratively with the quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Strictly follow plant safety standards, industrial hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical,
Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with a strong desire to learn technical machine operations are welcome).
Skills & Attributes:
Positive attitude with a keen interest in learning practical machine operation and manufacturing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) or readiness to maintain daily physical logbooks and production sheets.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
Good technical mindset, discipline, and robust teamwork capabilities.
