Job Title: Graduate Fresher / Customer Support Executive (SBI Process)

We are hiring Graduate Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience for an SBI process.

Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Excellent verbal English communication is mandatory

Salary
Freshers: ₹21,000 CTC (Approx. ₹17,000 In-hand)
6 Months Experience: ₹25,000 CTC (Approx. ₹20,000 In-hand)

Shift Details
Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts (9-hour shift)
Female Candidates: Day rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Weekly Off
One rotational weekly off

Key Requirements
Graduate degree is mandatory
Fluent English communication
Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per eligibility
Positive customer handling and communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹10,456.25 - ₹29,897.52 per month
