Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, and project clients.
Generate leads and convert them into business prospects.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project clients.
Drive project sales and ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, leads, and market developments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Relevant Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries/products will be preferred:
POP Ceiling
Metal Ceiling
Gypsum Board
Fiber Cement Sheet
Soffit / Ceiling / Building Material Products

Candidate Profile




Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
Experience in B2B/project sales and channel development will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Location

Pune & Indore

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
