Job Role: We are looking for candidates with a background in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Nursing, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient queries professionally.
Explain prescribed medicines and treatment plans in a straightforward and clear manner.
Coordinate with doctors and support the consultation process.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth communication.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree or knowledge in Biology/Life Sciences or related fields.
Valuable communication skills.
